Request a Consultation

Preliminary Information Only

Please provide general information describing the assistance you are seeking, the relevant individuals or entities, periods involved, important deadlines, the condition of available records, and the result you want to accomplish. Provide enough information for IBS to evaluate the probable scope and complexity of the matter, but do not provide confidential or highly sensitive details at this stage.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, taxpayer-identification numbers, dates of birth, banking or payment credentials, account passwords, government identification, complete tax returns, legal correspondence, privileged communications, or other sensitive records through this preliminary form.

Submitting this form does not create an accountant-client, tax-adviser, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. IBS will review the preliminary information and determine whether clarification is needed and whether IBS is willing and able to accept the matter.

If IBS elects to proceed, you will receive separate instructions for scheduling, engagement terms, payment or deposit requirements, and securely providing the specific information and documents required for the engagement.

How This Preliminary Inquiry Is Handled

Access to submitted inquiries is restricted to authorized personnel. Preliminary submissions are retained for up to 90 days unless the matter proceeds, a shorter period is appropriate, or a legal, regulatory, conflict-screening, or business requirement supports different treatment. Detailed answers are not included in routine email notifications. You may contact IBS to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Credit Card Surcharge Disclosure

IBS applies a 3% surcharge to payments made by credit card, limited to the actual cost of credit-card acceptance or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law and card-network rules, whichever is lower. The surcharge will be disclosed before payment authorization and shown separately on the receipt. The surcharge does not apply to debit cards or prepaid cards. When offered, ACH, check, or another non-credit-card payment method may be used without this surcharge.

During the Amelia Free testing phase, online card payments and automatic surcharge collection are not enabled. No surcharge will be charged unless a compatible payment checkout is activated and the fee is displayed before authorization.
